Szabolcs Panyi

Szabolcz Panyi is a Budapest-based investigative journalist at Direkt36, a non-profit investigative journalism center. He received the Soma Award for best Hungarian investigative journalism in 2015, 2016 and 2020, the Quality Journalism Award in 2017, 2018 and 2020 and was shortlisted for the European Press Prize in 2018. He helped launching VSquare, a cross-border investigative journalism initiative in the Visegrád region.
