Francesca Ghiretti

Francesca Ghiretti is an Analyst at MERICS, covering EU-China relations with a focus on economic security, and a Visiting Fellow at ECFR in the context of the “European Caucus on China” project. Previously, she worked as a Research Fellow on Asia at the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) in Rome, as a geopolitical analyst for CQS, a London-based hedge fund, and as assistant to Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, former Secretary General of NATO.
