Barbara Pongratz

Barbara Pongratz is a Research Fellow at the University of Bremen and an Analyst at the Mercator Institute for China Studies {MERICS) in Berlin. Her research focuses on China's domestic environmental and climate policies as well as China's evolving role in international climate governance.
